Lois grew up in Saskachewan and Northern BC. She has a background in nursing and completed her Dental Hygiene in Prince George at the College of New Calledonia.
Lois has a passion for personal fitness and is a cusinary artist at home. She loves spending time with her family (including 5 grandchildren.) She also enjoys volunteering for her church and travelling to Europe exploring her Danish rots!
